Where are you located?

Our retail store is located at 236 Norwich Avenue in Woodstock, Ontario.

What are your store hours?

Our store hours are as follows:

  • Sunday - 11am - 3pm
  • Monday - CLOSED
  • Tuesday - 10am - 6pm
  • Wednesday - 10am - 6pm
  • Thursday - 10am - 4pm
  • Friday - 10am - 4pm
  • Saturday - 11am - 4pm

Where do you ship?

Currently we ship within Canada and the United States.

What shipping options do I have?

  • If you’re local (Woodstock, Ontario) you can select pick up (free) or delivery ($5) at check out.
  • NEW - if Tillsonburg is a more convenient pick up location for you, we are now offering pick up at dande vintage + thrift at 21 Ridout Street West. You can select this under "ship" at check out.
  • If you are in a surrounding town, you can select pick up (free), delivery ($10) or Canada Post depending on your postal code.
  • For the rest of Ontario and Canada as well as the US, you will see Canada Post available. The shipping cost is determined by the weight of the items purchased, and is provided to us by Canada Post.

When will I get my order?

Your order will be shipped within 2-5 business days.

  • If you selected Pick Up at checkout, you will be notified when it is ready for pickup.
  • If you selected Delivery, we will be in touch to coordinate delivery times.
  • If you selected Ship, you will be notified when your order is on its way with a tracking number included.

Shipping time varies based on location and the speed of the postal carrier.

 What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), as well as Apple Pay, Shop Pay and Google Pay.

What currency do you accept?

All orders are processed in Canadian dollars.

I'm not happy with my purchase. Can I return it?

We accept returns for store owned items up to 7 days after the initial purchase. Unfortunately vendor items are non-refundable. The product(s) must be unused and brought back at your expense. You can see our full Return Policy here. Please contact us at potterandmill@gmail.com to coordinate the refund.

 Will I be charged duties?

Please note that duties may apply to orders shipping to the US. They are determined by the carrier and are the responsibility of the customer to pay. Potter + Mill is not responsible for any additional charges that may be incurred.
